Online Store Policies
The policy below applies to For the Love of Minis' online store exclusively.

Shipping:
All our packages are delivered by Purolator Ground service, where their service is applicable. We reserve the right, exceptionally, to apply a surcharge due to the distance of the delivery address. If your purchase does not qualify for standard delivery, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping rates:
Quebec:
  • Standard products, orders of $150 and more ship free
  • Standard products, orders of $150 and less ship for $15
  • Non-standard products: a $30 shipping fee will be applied to the order


Other Canadian provinces:

  • Standard products, orders of $150 and more ship for $15.00
  • Standard products, orders of $150 and less ship for $30.00
  • Non-standard products: a $40 shipping fee will be applied to the order


Non-standard products include, but are not limited to, saddles, barrels, etc... Please note that orders of some very large and/or heavy items that cannot be shipped by Purolator ground will be contact by email with instructions on how to proceed.

We do not ship outside of Canada.

Once your order is placed on the site, processing and delivery times vary between 7 to 10 business days.

In the event that your order is returned to us because you did not claim it or a wrong address was provided at the time of purchase, we will refund your purchase minus the applicable shipping charges depending on your purchase (between $15 and $40). If you wish to have your order reshipped, additional shipping charges will apply.

Exchanges and Returns:
We do not do exchanges. If you would like a different item than the one you received, you will need to return it to us using the method below and submit a new order, via our website www.loveofminis.com. All items purchased through our website can be returned, excluding items on sale or final sale.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition (not worn, soiled, washed, damaged and have no stable smell)
  • All tags must be attached to the item
  • A copy of the invoice must be in the return box;

Returned items must be sent to us within 10 days of the date we receive your order.

Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the purchase price of the item and any applicable taxes, but not the shipping charges.

You are responsible for paying the shipping charges on all returns, with the carrier of your choice.

Please note that since we cannot guarantee that your monitor settings will render colors accurately, we cannot be held responsible in the event that the color of the product received differs from that displayed on your monitor. The same applies if you order an item of a size or style that does not suit you.
