Exchanges and Returns:
We do not facilitate exchanges. Should you desire an alternative item from what you've received, you must initiate a return following the procedure outlined below and proceed to place a new order through our website www.minis.horselove.com. All items bought via our website are eligible for returns, except for items on sale or marked as final sale.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition (not worn, soiled, washed, damaged and have no stable smell)
  • All tags must be attached to the item
  • A copy of the invoice must be in the return box

Returned items should be shipped to us within 10 days from the date of receiving your order.

Upon receiving your return, we will reimburse the item's purchase price along with the applicable taxes; however, shipping charges will not be refunded. The responsibility for covering the shipping expenses for any return lies with you, using the carrier of your preference.

Please be aware that due to potential variations in screen settings, we cannot ensure exact color representation of products received, compared to what is displayed on your screen. This holds true even if you've ordered an item in the incorrect size or style.
